Recently I heard from a friend that you should use a clean towel in her vagina, or even a finger inside?. Is not that what the Pap test is it? "It is safe to move the fingers and wash?

okay. You may not need to put a towel in the vagina, which are mostly self-cleaning. Soap can actually burn though.
